Following a consultation, a consent form must be filled in and signed by yourself outlining all your pet’s needs. Out & About must be informed if your pet has any health issues or if it may cause harm to themselves, other pets or people.

Out & About will do the utmost to ensure the safety and security of your pet and your property. In the event of an emergency, all efforts will be made to reach you via the emergency details given on your consent form.

Pet owners are responsible for making sure that all vaccinations are up to date and that pets are fully-wormed, and flea treatments are working.

I have been police checked and have public liability insurance, so you can be sure that your pets are safe with me.

As I will be letting myself into your house, I will need a set of keys. This will be kept in a safe with no direct reference to you or your address.
